  • Joshua Arnold

    Joshua Arnold is a Software Engineer and Project Manager in a variety of industries and technologies. He is a recent graduate from Neumont University and currently works at ProAce Technology Services, Inc. His day to day work is to take on a variety of roles to continue existing projects, design projects from the ground up, and manage teams to ensure that they meet their deadlines. Ranging from social networking to internal development tools, he encounter many challenging problems on a day to day basis.

    The purpose of his blog is to share his day to day challenges and provide in-depth explanations of the solutions that were created, as well as the processes taken to arrive at those solutions.

  • David DeWinter

    David recently graduated from Neumont University and now works as a .NET middleware developer at Extend Health, Inc., a health insurance broker in Salt Lake City, Utah. Throughout his job his team encounters a number of different challenges while working with bleeding edge technology. Many of them require a high level of ingenuity to get through them, and as a result he ends up learning new things every day.

    The main purpose of his blog is to discuss the various challenges (both technical and non-technical) that he encounters and the solutions that he's found. Once in a while he may devote a post to some high-level perspectives in various projects that he undertakes — after all, IT is more about providing competitive advantage than programming.
